These voltage regulators are exceptionally easy to use and require only 2 external reistors to set the output voltage. Both line and load regulation are better than standard fixed regulators. Full overload protection is included on-chip with current limiting thermal and safe area protection. This remains fully functional even if the adjustment terminal is disconnected making it essentially blow-out proof.Order Code UF27E is supplied in a TO-220 style case.Order Code RA87U is supplied in a TO-92 style case.Order Code N61CA is supplied in a TO-263 style case.
