Web-Ed v3.0

WEB-ED is an editor for writing HTML and scripts.
For HTML, there's a toolbar to auto-insert common tags,
and a browser window so the user can toggle back and forth,
viewing changes as they're written. For scripting, it has a
toolbar to auto-insert common VBScript code and subs, as well
as line and column numbering for debugging.
